I have had a number of reasons to contact Sagemcom, regards three problems with the RT190-320, each have been dealt with quickly and easily, thanks Sagemcom, and their Team.
The unit has proved to be one of the best Freeview +, HD units on sale at the moment, good value for money with a great HD picture and upscaling, pity here in Wales we only have four channels!
